2nd dear john in 2 days 4th or 5th in the last 4-5 weeks. Takes me back to mum who wanted the help but was unable to help herself. Its sad for those who can't make it alone who imagine they can. Happy for those us who've been able to accept help so as to be able to help ourselves. Not to forget that key to the help is understanding that change is not possible in isolation. Of course time alone is important too.
