postage & delivery
most orders are shipped within 3 working days. although at busy times we can only guarantee postage within 10 working days. please contact us at the time of your order if you do need your item urgently and we will try our best to get it posted right away.
it's our policy to use recycled materials to package your goods when possible. if you would prefer your item to be in new packaging please add it as a comment when you check out.
we use a specially designed postage calculator that offers you all the available postage options for your purchase. this allows you to choose the option that suits your needs best. however, please note, we strongly recommend that you always select 'recorded delivery' as we are not responsible for the loss or damage of any items in the post.

we post all our items with Royal Mail. and please note all the estimated delivery times given below are from the date of postage (which can be up to 10 working days from date of sale - see above for more details).

1. First Class Standard - delivers within 1-3 days. up to 3 Kg. no insurance.
2. First Class Recorded - delivers within 1-3 days. up to 3 Kg. £36 insurance.
3. Second Class Standard - delivers in 3+ days. up to 1 Kg. no insurance.
4. Standard Parcels - delivers in 5+ days. up to 20 Kg. £36 insurance.
5. Special Delivery - delivers next day. up to 10 Kg. £500 insurance.
Europe
1. Airmail - delivers within 3-4 days. up to 2 Kg. no insurance.
2. Airmail International Signed for - delivers within 3-4 days. up to 2 Kg (5kg for books). £36 insurance.

1. Airmail - delivers within 5 days. up to 2 Kg. no insurance.

lost or damaged goods
DoBeDo.co.uk is not responsible for any problems caused by the postal system.
however we will do our best to help customers recover items or reimbursement from Royal Mail for items that are lost or damaged. we obtain proof of postage for all items that we send and will forward this to customers in the unfortunate event of an item being lost in the post.
please note that we strongly recommend that all customers choose to post their items by recorded delivery or a postage option that includes insurance.
exchanges & refunds
we understand that buying online, without being able to see items, can make it difficult to know exactly what you are getting. so if you are not happy with your purchase (for any reason) you can return it for an exchange or a full refund (minus postage costs) within 14 days of sale.

2. send the completed returns form, a copy of your invoice, and the item (in its original condition) to:

all returned items (including their packaging and tags) must arrive back in a pristine and saleable condition. any item that we receive that we deem to be soiled in any way will not be eligible for any kind of refund or exchange. we cannot exchange goods which have been been in contact with make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on. we have such a strict policy to protect our other customers who can always expect to receive goods from DoBeDo in a perfect condition.
we aim to make refunds to cards as soon as possible, but please allow up to 30 days from the date we recieve the returned goods.
at Christmas we have an extended returns period to allow for the return of unwanted gifts. any order placed between 1st - 25th December can be returned for exchange/refund for up to 30 days from sale.
payment & security
we only accept payment online through our secure online payment service provided by HSBC. they accept payment by Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo.
please be assured that DoBeDo.co.uk does not ever hold your credit or debit card details as all card data is processed through a secure connection by HSBC Card Services.
payment is taken as soon as you place your order and will be debited from your card or account before your goods are posted.
all prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). DoBeDo.co.uk can only accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). all currencies will be converted to £ sterling (GBP) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

DoBeDo can only supply goods that are ordered online via the Website and we cannot accept orders by telephone or post.

warranties
DoBeDo.co.uk is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.
this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
limited liability
DoBeDo.co.uk's liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. DoBeDo.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if DoBeDo.co.uk has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
availability of the website
we will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that this Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. however, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.
availability of goods
all goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. DoBeDo.co.uk has an automatic stock keeping system so all items offered for sale should always be in stock. however this cannot be guaranteed. if there is an error and your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. we will contact you to arrange this via email within 10 working days.
all prices are as stated on the Website but DoBeDo.co.uk reserves the right to revise the price of goods at any time without notice.
